COOKIE POLICY
The present Cookie Policy ("Policy") of iFCM GROUP" LLC ("Operator"), drafted pursuant to the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy, defines the Operator's cookieprocessing policy, which the Operator may follow in the course of its business.

I. What are Cookies?
Cookies are files or bits of data that may download to your computer (or any other Internet-connectible device such as a smartphone or tablet) when you are browsing a website and/or using a mobile application. This file type usually contains the name of the website/mobile app ("website") where it was obtained, the file's lifetime (e.g., how long it will remain on the device), and a value that is in most cases a randomly generated unique number.
The operator may also use other technologies, such as web beacons or JavaScript, which will sometimes work together with cookies and other tools to accurately identify your device. These technologies are deployed to improve the performance of the Operator's websites. The Operator may also use similar technology to see whether the user has opened the email message or clicked on the link in the message.
When accessing the Operator's website, the user may inadvertently receive cookies from other sites or web servers. These are the so-called third party cookies. This happens because the Operator's site that you visit may contain items such as images, maps, sound files, or links to individual web pages in different domains located on other servers.
Cookies do not harm your device. They enable the Operator to provide you with better, faster navigation on the website (although their purpose may vary from authentication to saving user configuration data for access to the given server, etc.), and between the pages of the Operator's websites.

I. Types of Cookies
There exist two main types of cookie files: technical cookies and profiling cookies.
1. Technical Cookies:
are used solely to better run the website in technical terms, to transmit data over an electronic communications network, or as strictly necessary in order to provide the services requested by the user. Technical cookies may be subdivided into permanent or session cookies that allow users to navigate and use the website (e.g. log in to access certain sections); analytical cookies, which are basically the same as technical cookies because the website administrator uses them directly to gather aggregate data on website visits and visitors; and functional cookies, which let users move around within a system of preset values such as language or products, designed to improve service level.
2. Profiling and Marketing Cookies:
are used to send selling offers to users landing on the website. Profiling cookies are used to profile users and to send messages and ads according to user preferences while the user is navigating.

II. Use of Cookies
The Operator may use cookies as part of running the website, and namely:
- to keep statistics and track visitor numbers anonymously on the Operator's website;
- to improve the website overall and let the user customize features and functions on the Operator's website;
- to distinguish between new and old users;
- to store the password, if the user is signed up to the Operator's website;
- to send users targeted advertising;
- to track your actions and browser use across websites and platforms;
- to get a better sense of what website users want;
- for any other purposes stated in the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy.
The tracking processes can either run permanently (the cookies will remain on your computer or device until you remove them) or temporarily (the cookies only last until the browser is closed).

III. Use of Web Analytics
The Operator uses the web analytics services of Yandex.Metrika and Google Analytics, provided by a third party vendor. They are used to evaluate your use of the website, to produce website activity reporting for the Operator, and provide other services related to website activity and use of the Internet. The website activity data generated by cookies is transmitted to and stored by vendors on their servers, some of which are located in countries that fail to provide adequate protection for data subjects' rights.
IV. By Way of Conclusion
By continuing to use the Operator's website services, the website user, who is a personal data subject, consents to letting their cookies be processed in conformance with the provisions of this Policy.
The personal data subject has been informed that, in the event that they decline to let their cookies be processed, they are to discontinue the use of the website or disable cookies in their browser settings.
